The Daily Lie

I lie a lot.

I guess every storyteller does, in one way or another - lies with some truth in them. Most of the time, it just happens when I let my imagination run wild. I make up absurd little stories for people, then admit I was joking the moment after I finish.

But sometimes people take them seriously, and it feels like I'm unintentionally devaluing them.

On this page, for a limited period of time, I'll definitely hopefully post one lie every day. They won't be long and they won't be true, but they'll be partially inspired by events in my day that I allow to ferment in my imagination.
